GPAQ Practice Survey
The ideal solution for practices, allowing patients to express their opinion on the practice and its services. This survey does not include individual surveys of GPs or Practice Nurses.
The Methodology
- You will receive the appropriate number of questionnaires (depending on the size of your practice).
- Patients complete the questionnaire and return the completed surveys to the practice.
- The completed forms are returned to InTime via recorded delivery.
- When sufficient questionnaires have been returned InTime will capture the data and produce the analysis.
- We send you reports within 2-4 weeks of our receiving the last questionnaire.
