InTime's Mailing Process.
When you contact InTime Direct Mail we will need to know the following:
- Your target mailing date/ desk drop date.
- Your components.
- Your Instructions.
- Your audience.
- Whose data you wish to use.
- Whether you want us to provide any materials, envelopes etc.
- Who your printer is, Creative Agency and their contact details.
- Whether we are handling the response.
If so, we will need you to send us your brick to territory list. This allows us to run territories against the data so when the reply cards come in they can be sent directly to the relevant representative. We will also need the address details of your representatives.
- If necessary send us your data and we will clean it and make sure it is in a mailable format.
- Send us a list of representatives and head office personnel you would like to receive a sample of your mailing. (These are called specials.)

What We Will Do?
- We will produce a detailed quotation and send this to you
- Once you have signed off the quotation, fax it back to 0131 337 8703
- We will liaise with your creative agency and printer to make sure they have our mailing details, the mailing quantity, and to make sure the materials get delivered to us on time for your mailing to go out
- We will let you know when the materials have been delivered to us, (or not) and double check when you want the mailing to be despatched
- We can data capture the reply- paid cards that are returned and send you a weekly analysis showing the responders by territory, and in total
- We can despatch the reply paid cards that have been data captured to your sales force
- We will keep you informed every step of the way
