Getting started with direct mail

Before you contact us you will have probably chosen and briefed your advertising agency and your printer. We would like to be introduced to them as we find that being involved from the start alongside the other parties helps us ensure that we manage your mailing effectively. As well as that, we also find that working collectively, we can ensure that your mailing goes out on time.

We are not a creative agency and would not look to interfere with the creative process. However, we can offer advice as to how to get the best response with the materials you are considering.

Obviously your materials will need to comply with the current Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA) guidelines as published by the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI), as well as the guidelines issued by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
