If you wish to run the GPAQ survey yourself and are looking for data capture and report writing only solution, we can help.  Please note that you must use GPAQ Version 2 questionnaires - we can provide you with a copy of this.

Methodology

Please email enquiries@intimedata.com or call us (on 0131 337 6535) with the following details:

• Number of GPs
• Number of questionnaires
• Type of Report (Individual or Practice)
• Any additional questions

We will email you with a quotation for the work

Reports are issued 2-4 weeks after the last questionnaire is received.

If required two copies can be provided, one for the GP/ Practice the other for the PCT. This can be provided either electronically or in paper based form (at additional cost).
