Postal GPAQ Survey

You send us a sample from your patient list, which will of course include those patients not able to attend the surgery.

The Methodology

• We sign a confidentiality agreement with the Practice (We are fully registered with the Data Protection Registrar)
• You email InTime Surveys 10% of your patients names and addresses
• ITD send questionnaires, covering letters and Freepost envelopes to every patient
• Reminder mailings will be sent if the initial mailing doesn't generate enough response. Normal response rates are 50% and above.
• Patients return their completed questionnaires anonymously to InTime Surveys.
• Reports are available within two – four weeks after our receiving the last questionnaire.

Mailing your survey

We do not expect that you or your staff have time to label and stuff hundreds of envelopes we do that for you. Our capacity is vast (more than 2 million items a month) and flexible. We guarantee fast dispatch - working weekends and evenings if required.

Reminders

Again you have not got the time to record who has or has not replied and to then send out reminders, we do that for you.

All patients are assigned a PIN and we capture all responders, after three weeks we send a reminder to all non-responders. Our experience shows that this generates an additional 15% response.

Response Handling

Probably the most crucial part of the survey. We process over 2 million mailed responses each year. Questionnaires, surveys, customer comments we handle them all efficiently and intelligently.

Fast Data Capture

We recognise that you want and often need the responses to be captured and analysed quickly.  At InTime that means instantly. We can capture a million characters a day. Clients are kept informed of the progress with demographic interim reports available if required.

Analysis

InTime can provide a unique Traffic Light analysis which is available in the following formats:

• Practice
• Individual GP
• Individual GP and Practice
• PCT

If required two copies can be provided, one for the GP/ Practice the other for the PCT. This can be provided either electronicaly or in paper based form.
